This guy produces certified garbage!!! Do not deal with him, he is a con artist that worked for another company that thinks he knows what he is doing. I can’t believe he's still in business. If you live in America or any other country or continent or planet. Do not work with this man, do not, do not, do not work with him or his wife they both are criminals!!! I bought the IQ5 in 2016. He sold me a machine that didn’t work from day one!!! I lost 2 kg of gold because the machines pumps broke on the startup. I tried for years to ask when would they come back to fix it and nothing. This destroyed my business and setting me back years. Do not work with this company they make garbage I cannot stress what kind of mistake a future client will make if they do business with this man. Four years 85000 in the dumpster. No legal action was taken because I couldn't afford to! Please stay away and if you have given him a deposit ask him to give it back. He is a complete Jerk, and a criminal. Google should really have negative stars for people like him.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a company that I would strongly advise others to avoid at all costs. I had placed an order with this company but soon realized that the information provided was insufficient, so I requested to cancel my order before it was shipped. To my disbelief, the company refused to cancel my order, stating that they needed to speak with a manager first.

I waited for them to get back to me, finally called them, I was met with nothing but rudeness and unhelpfulness. The manager provided no information regarding when I could expect to receive a refund, leaving me in the dark and frustrated with the entire ordeal.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I would strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to reconsider. The lack of respect for customers and unwillingness to provide even the most basic level of service is simply unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
