We set an appointment at 2pm yesterday. When we arrived they sent us to a waiting room, we waited for 15 minutes. After the wait, we asked the receptionist to tell the designer to meet us upstairs as we are looking at the show room. 15 minutes later no one came or reached out to us. Such a waste of time !

We had a great experience with Porcelanosa. We started eyeing their products for our bathroom remodel as part of a condo renovation. Our project was delayed several times, but we ultimately worked with Andrea Lambert. In summary, she was wonderful! She made what can be a stressful experience, easier to manage. She was patient and really let me take my time as I made decisions tiles and fixtures for our bathroom. She also gave great guidance. As this was my first time doing a remodel, I really appreciated her insight. Andrea has continued to be a great resource even after our project completed. It’s been great to such a personalized experience. In the end, we have a beautiful bathroom, and we have Porcelanosa and Andrea to thank for that!

Beautiful products, excellent customer service and very competitive prices if you are open to different designs and mix and match. I've redone two bathrooms with them and I'm extremely happy with the results. I had a problem with some tiles but Emille was super helpful and shipped new ones from NJ within a few hours!

Absolutely rude and arrogant staff. Walked in and they were speaking a different language.
Didn’t give eye contact or acknowledge myself or my gf. When we asked for help they pointed to a QR code and told us to make an apt. After we did that, they proceeded to speak in a different language in-front of both of us pretending like we didn’t exist.
We said, never mind and walked out and they didn’t even blink. Clearly they are not there for customer service and the just vet people who they think can afford their high ticket items.

Sadly, they offended people who would have been potential customers. Terrible experience all around. Going else where.

Avoid at all cost!!!
The tiles are nice but not worth the headache and the delays the sales process will cause to your project. We purchased form Jessica Rivera at the Manhattan location. They charge for delivery separately and once they have your money, they take no responsibility for your purchase actually being delivered.
We had multiple delays and some items didn't arrive. Jessica first and then the showroom supervisor, Sedina Osmanaj, were very defensive and unprofessional each time I tried to resolve a problem ("send us a picture to prove the missing item didn't arrive", "this is not us, this is the delivery company"). First they approved the refund of the delivery fee (but not for the missing items as I couldn't provide enough evidence...). Then they withdrew the offer saying their delivery vendor says I'm lying. In the end, they stopped replying to emails and that was it. I honestly don't understand how you can position yourself as a high-end tile business and at the same time treat your clients with this little respect. For future project, I'll be taking my money elsewhere and I urge you to do the same. The tiles are already expensive, and the delays and extra charges (keeping the team on standby with no tiles in sight, needing to re-purchase the missing products from other vendors, etc) increased the total cost of the project beyond what's reasonable.

Avoid Sedina Osmanaj and Jessica Rivera at all cost. If you must purchase from Porcelanosa, do yourself a favor and work with Susan from their Westbury showroom. If you just started looking - turn around, walk a few blocks and go to Ann Sacks.

I'm a home owner and we purchased tiles, vanities and sinks from Porcelanosa. Before any item was delivered, we emailed Jessica and Sedina that the 2 vanities and 2 sinks will not fit and requested a cancellation on those items. They confirmed that only tiles will be delivered and did not mention any cancelation policies (see picture proof). However, they still delivered 1 vanity and 2 sinks along with those tiles. We requested a pick up for all the mistakenly delivered items, and they came with an order of only 1 vanity and 1 sink to pick up (see picture) and refused to pick up the other sinks. We emailed Porcelanosa to pick up that 1 sink left, and they asked us to deliver the item to their showroom and said they will charge us restocking fees. Not to say how rude Sedina has been throughout the process.

I did read about other negative reviews on Sedina and Jessica, and because at that point we have already decided on the tiles and did not want to repeat the process of product searching, we ended up purchasing from Porcelanosa. Unfortunately, it turned out to be our biggest mistake throughout the entire renovation project. We also ordered tiles from Ann Sacks, and definitely saw the difference in their employees. Porcelanosa, please stop hiring loose canon like Sedina and give them some training.
